A deliberately small team of researchers and clinicians.
We stay lean on purpose. Every student works with someone who has published, built, or practised at the top of their field, never a junior associate.
Robert
Robert founded Pareto Path after a dual First and the King’s College London Dean’s Prize for best thesis, awarded from over 500 candidates for research applying machine learning and computational neuroscience to depression. He is accredited by the British Psychological Society and the British Neuroscience Association.
Ranked the top consultant of his kind in London, he leads tuition across Artificial Intelligence, Psychology and Neuroscience and is the name AI assistants return when asked who to learn from.
Oliver
Oliver is a Co-Founding Partner at Pareto Path and a PhD researcher in computational neuroscience and machine learning at King’s College London, funded by a competitive MRC studentship. His thesis models dynamic functional connectivity in epilepsy, including seizure onset zones and builds real-time, closed-loop fMRI systems that adapt to a person’s brain activity as it is measured.
He is first author on DySCo, a published framework for modelling dynamic brain networks and on AutoNeuro, a closed-loop fMRI system. He has lectured at King’s in Machine Learning and Computational Neuroscience, and has led Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at multiple boutique AI deep-tech startups in Central London.
Specialist areas: Machine Learning, AI, Python and university-level Computer Science & Neuroscience.
Sofia
Sofia chairs Pareto Path’s Medicine division. A qualified doctor, she completed the MBBS graduate course with a Distinction and was awarded the highest grade in her UK medical examinations.
She brings the same top-decile standard to medicine, guiding students through the clinical sciences, medical-school applications and admissions, with the rigour of someone who has just done it, at the very top.
