Agreement
These terms govern the tuition and education consultancy services provided by Pareto Path. By booking a session or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide one to one tuition, academic consultancy, dissertation and thesis reviews, and related educational support, in person in London and online. The free 15 minute discovery call carries no obligation on either side.
Bookings and payment
Tuition starts from £99 per hour, and many students book packages of five to ten sessions. Fees and any package terms are agreed before lessons begin. Payment is due as agreed at the point of booking unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. We will always try to be flexible in genuine emergencies.
Academic integrity
We support, guide and strengthen your own work. We do not write, complete or sit assessed work on your behalf, and all final work and its submission remain your sole responsibility, in line with your institution’s academic integrity rules.
Outcomes
We are committed to helping every student reach their potential, and we are proud of our results. However, specific grades or outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Materials we create and share with you are for your personal study only and may not be redistributed or resold without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
